Tiny House book feature

Sometimes you have to think small to live BIG — that’s the motto behind the soon-to-be-launched book, ‘Tiny House’.

Written by Brent Heavener, the digital nomad behind the popular Instagram account that goes by the same name, @tinyhouse, and published by Penguin Random House, the book features 250 amazing ‘tiny homes’ from around the globe, and I am beaming with excitement to say that our (much missed) renovated motorhome is one of them.

On this note, I was lucky enough to be sent an early copy of the book, and aside from feeling chuffed to be included in the mix, I felt really inspired when flicking through and reading about all of the other stories inside.

Each and every single story explores the notion of downsizing, decluttering, and living a freer, simpler life, in one way or another.

You see, ever since we got home from our big American road trip, not a week goes by without someone reaching out to me, either on my Instagram or though my email, asking questions about our adventure. And I’m always delighted to get these types of messages, as I truly believe that the more people that decide to do this type of thing, the better.

Undoubtedly, the most asked question that I get regarding this, is — was it worth it and should I do it? And to that, I will always say — heck yes!

So if you’ve ever dreamt about living in a ‘tiny house’, be it on a long-term basis, or as a prolonged escapade, make sure to get your hands on a copy of this book, as it will no doubt stir you to take that leap.

For now, you can pre-order your copy, here.
