Our stay at Ferme Oleicole Les Callis was more than worth the two-year wait. Set in Gordes, it has provided us with the best base to explore Provence over the past week. A magical place to start and end the day, to work from overlooking the countryside from our bedroom’s window — or even cancel an entire day’s plans to laze by the pool.
