Launch Party: The Design Files Magazine

Photography: Amelia Stanwix

Last night, I was lucky enough to attend the launch party for The Design Files’ first-ever bi-annual magazine—yes, a physical, hand-held magazine.

During the evening, I had the chance to listen to the wonderful Lucy Feagins and Bea Taylor, who shared some insights about the magazine’s evolution. I also reminisced with some of the TDF team about our shared memories of growing up with stacks of magazines – the ones we’ve lugged from house to house and yet somehow never parted with.

While some of those mags belong to a past chapter, The Design Files Magazine feels like it belongs in the here and now. I’ll happily lug my future collection with me wherever I go!
