On the Road: South Dakota to Nevada

A drive from south-west South Dakota to the sin city of Nevada gives a good primer on the vastness and variety of the American West. The path covered 1,000 miles and took three days of driving, stopping by fields of sunflowers, the wonders dotted throughout the Black Hills, and a desolate town of Wyoming, with a population you can count on one hand.

After saying our goodbyes to The Badlands, we faced another rambling journey ahead  — luckily, we had some intriguing stops to make along the way.
